Tenho uma receita rapidinha de um recheio de maçã com canela:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;2 maçãs;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 colher (sopa) de amido de minho;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 colher (sopa) de açúcar;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1/2 xícara de água;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;canela em pó.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;Coloque em uma panela o açúcar até dourar, acrescente as maçãs picadas em cubos, dilua o amido na água e jogue sobre os ingredientes e mexa, quando engrossar desligue a panela e acrescente a canela em pó.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Panqueca salgada:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Você pode rechear com qualquer tipo de queijo, com presunto, carne moída cozida, frango, e legumes.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Dica: Não precisa ser chef, para não quebrar a panqueca, se tiver uma tampa do tamanho da frigideira, fica fácil. É ideal para festas matutinas, ou ainda para quem está com visitas em casa, mas foram juntos para alguma festa (balada), e querem levantar mais tarde. Mesmo convidados pouco íntimos, não precisamos entrar em pânico, e que algumas regras de etiqueta simples podem sempre ajudar!&lt;br /&gt;  O que fazer?&lt;br /&gt;  Com antecedência é bom retirar os copos ou taças, pratos, talheres e copos, guardados do armário, aqueles especiais para a bebida que irá servir no evento.&lt;br /&gt;  Dependendo da receita, há a necessidade de se preparar na véspera, sendo assim, organize-se!&lt;br /&gt;  A toalha de mesa, assim como os guardanapos de tecidos, precisam ser lavado e passados, antes do evento. Lembre-se que manchas amareladassaem com gotas de limão fervisas em água.&lt;br /&gt;  No mais é curtir oa amigos, a família! Além de ser filha e neta de mineiras, claro que minhas tradições culinárias, como o Rio Paranaíba,  estão entre Minas Gerais e Goiás.&lt;br /&gt;Sempre que ia à casa de minha avó Alzira, degustava seu maravilhoso pão de queijo, e darei os créditos também à Tia Joana, a ajudante e amiga de minha avó há mais de cinquenta anos.&lt;br /&gt;É uma receita de família, e todas as minhas nove "tias maternas" têm essa receita guardada na cabeça, vou passar pra vocês!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;"Pão de queijo da Vovó Alzira"&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;4 copos (americano) de queijo curado ralado;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;4 copos (americano) de polvilho;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 copo (americano) de leite;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 copo (americano) de água;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 copo (americano) de óleo;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;3 ou 4 ovos;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;sal.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;Preparo:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Coloque o leite, a água, o óleo e o sal para ferver. Depois escalde o polvilho com a mistura. Deixe esfriar. Depois jogue o queijo e amasse junto com os ovos, até dar o ponto. O ponto é quando apertá-lo na mão ele não esfarinhar, tome cuidado para não ficar muito mole. Enrole, untando a mão com óleo. Colocar em forno 180°, pré aquecido por 15 minutos.
